City on a human scale, cited with multiple architectures, intoxicating places. It invites us to lose ourselves with happiness in its many "calli" and "rio terà" (alleys) entangled with the labyrinthine aspect, rescued for sure by a "fundamenta" (streets), which borders the lagoon. Mysterious and demanding, she orders us to go a thousand times in all directions to understand (but never completely) how she chose to organize. This city arouses in its lucky inhabitants an intense love, and, with me who was only passing, the feeling of being immensely privileged.
